St Patrick the patron saint of Ireland born in France in 380A.D. In his youth he was kidnapped and brought to Ireland where he found himself minding sheep from robbers and predators. While here he practiced his family’s Christianity. He made his way back to France and he studied for the priesthood. While in France he heard a voice calling him to return to Ireland to convert the Irish from their pagan ways to Christianity . It is said that he used the Shamrock(a small clover) to explain The Holy Trinity and also banished snakes form Ireland. The Saints Feast Day is celebrated all over the world on the 17th March each year.
