This 8 oz goblet is beautifully adorned from base to top with Celtic filigree, while Matthew's design is directly inspired by the angelic depiction from the Book of Kells, based on the representation of Matthew as the 'winged man' from the Book of Revelations.

Other depictions may include the lion with a sword or a bible at it's paws.
